Vonhellas kennels have storage facilities available.

Our storage facilities provide flexibility when choosing a facility in which to have your bitch inseminated. Semen is stored in specifically designed liquid nitrogen cryogenic tanks similar to a vacuum flask. Our semen storage tanks are located on site and we access these tanks each day. All tanks have a finite life, are stored in a secure locup site and liquid nitrogen is topped up as requied to maintain charge within the tank.

Storage is charged as an annual fee per breeding. Has no liability for any deterioration or loss of condition of frozen semen from the time it is received by vonhellas until such time the semen is relocated to another facility.

Insurance
At our clients’ discretion, we would recommend semen insurance. Insurance generally provides for loss of, or visible damage to, frozen semen and provides protection for your property while it is in storage and transit.Your insurance company will be able to advise you of the most cost effective way of insuring your semen based upon individual requirements
